How long does it take to ship my custom bow order?
Custom bow builds typically ship within 2 to 4 weeks, depending on the specific model and finish options selected. Standard accessories and apparel usually ship within 3 to 5 business days.
What is your return policy for archery equipment?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that custom-built bows and cut-to-length arrows are non-refundable unless they arrive with a manufacturing defect.
Do you offer a warranty on Mathews bows?
Yes, all new Mathews bows come with a limited lifetime warranty to the original owner. This covers the riser and limbs against defects in materials and workmanship, provided the bow is registered within 30 days of purchase.
Can I change my draw length or weight after purchase?
Most of our modern bows utilize a module system that allows for draw length and weight adjustments. We recommend visiting an authorized retailer to ensure the correct modules are installed and the bow is properly timed.
